Crystal Palace Space Station Sold

In Calypso, Entropia, entropia universe, ingame asteroid, online revenue property, Uncategorized, virtual real estate on December 30, 2009 at 4:07 pm

So, I followed the sale of Crystal Palace space station. The auction started out at five times the price I would have paid, 500,000 PED, but I watched it anyways. I’m not sure but I think that the guy that bought the asteroid was not there. His asteroid was much bigger. His deal included apartments, more storefronts and more hunting areas which are also larger if I remember correctly.

FPC congratulate avatar Buzz Erik Lightyear for acquiring the Crystal Palace Space Station for the amount of 3,300,000 PED (USD 330,000).

The price also surpasses the old world record for virtual property previously set with the purchase of Club Neverdie – The Virtual Space Resort and Nightclub, for 1,000,000 PED (USD 100,000).

Entropia Universe has a planet called Calypso. On the watery planet are two continents. IMHO there are around 50 land areas Including Treasure Island(which sold for 26kUSD$). 1USD=10PED. Deathifier, the owner of Treasure Island, was at the auction.

In Calypso outer space there is Neverdie’s Asteroid and Buzz Erik Lightyears Crystal Palace Space Station.

On the ground there are some properties with ships called hangars owned by people called pilots with whom you negotiate for a ride. In the game, FPC says the future is promised space travel which hasn’t arrived yet. Things like this make me think I’m catching whiff big vapourware because the dream is so dreamy.

What I wanna know is how Calendar got that job. And who gets the money?

Something happened to one of the banks too. Remember, when they sold four or five of those for like almost 100k each? Well one has been shut down – I dunno why, so, but the story sounds interesting. Neverdie owns one of the banks too, that’s right near Port Atlantis. And Anshe the famous Second Life gazillionaire owns one. I sure remember thinking OMFG, what a rip, can u imagine, banking license, ha.

During this auction I seen a lot of action in the upper end. One guy wanted 300,000PED for his mall and right then too was a land area the guy wanted 500,000PED for. Both those outrageously priced properties did not sell. Then there was like four or five more land areas added and one guy had sniped them all at 100,000PED each but there is still four or five days left in the auction. Wonder what they will close at.

There are also some stores, a large and small one in the mall and one at Youjou, valued from 13,000PED to 60,000PED. Which is good because it increases the value of my store in my head. We’ll see where these prices close as they are still running in the auction too.

Store is Open

Come on down to the Chikara strip mall in Sakura. Just East if the Sakura Teleporter right near the Auction House. In the Koufuku Condos Tower my new store is Block A Shop 1 and my Shopkeeper, currently loaded with Skilled Blueprints, is outside at the farthest East in the strip. Inside I have managed to collect some armour sets and they are for sale.

Here is the current list:

Kobold F TT+5 or 170 PED
Shogun F TT+5 or 190 PED
Gremlin F TT+11 or 560 PED

Each kit is seven pieces Face, Harness, Arms, Thighs, Shins, Feet, Gloves. TT is the Trade Terminal Price. Check out these low prices for hassle free complete Armour Kits. There is also 4 nice pieces of 5b armour plating.

Inside the shopkeeper I have several well used blueprints of immense value to the discerning manufacturer including the coveted Generic Leather Texture Blueprint at nearly 50 percent completed and many more all slightly cheaper than the going rate.

Whats so cool about all this is that as I skill up so does my quality of stock. So hurry in and get what you need so we can get on with our skilling ASAP.

The Apartments in Entropia

In Calypso, CND, Entropia, entropia universe, Eudoria, ingame asteroid, ingame store, online game, online revenue property, storekeeper, virtual real estate on February 27, 2008 at 12:54 am

I am on the asteroid right now going to look at the apartments for sale there. They are appearing to all look just like the ones back on Calypso. So if that is the case whats driving the prices higher into the 750 range? Back on Calypso they all seem to be going for about 500 PED. So I figure 500 max. Same with back on Calypso I paid 500 for the one I got and I’m happy. Sort of. What I want is a store or somewhere where I can put my ridiculously expensive storekeeper. At least to hang out and trade with people. The apartment seems good for storage mostly but I get a kick out of having it anyways. So it will be awhile before I get my store so I’ll just be hunting and mining away until the next time…

Update my apartment is worth over 600 now the asteroids are still selling for the same. The range seems to be 600 to 750 for all apartments anywhere. Here is a hardlearned tidbit of highly secret and relevant information for you – the G apartments are significantly larger than the rest and they seem to be going about 1300 to 1700 PED.
