Sold for 10000/12999PED in 2 days in the auction. I liked it. If I was rich I would have bought it but it was also the first store I saw so I let it go. I thought the location was good.

This Hangar #31 has been hanging around at 130000 I wonder if (since it has been listed three times) if its the same lister…got to check that now…I went out there to look but i haven’t seen it yet so maybe ill go back again. oya im on the asteroid right now ill note it then haha. It is at Eudoria 5070, 19345 . The pilot that brang me out there was a decent guy who informed me that 100k was the price he paid for his and that “I’m kinda happy with the purchase but 130000 peds?! Come on!” Regarding the hangar thats in the auction right now. I can’t look at that on the grounds that 130000ped is 13000usd which is omg too much. that is one helluva lot a sweat but well if i gotta wait well ah might as well sweat then.

Is 4 shopkeepers worth 22000 PED? 5500 each he says. I remember estimating a shopkeeper to be around 3500 or so in the spring, now the prices are coming down from highs of 6 and 7K and a shopkeeper is a bargain at 5000 PED.

January 2010 and I have gathered some nice prices since that guy bought that Crystal Palace.

Club Neverdie Shop #29 6450-8449PED – I think this guy managed to get it really cheap then relisted it right away and no one is buying

Club Neverdie Shop #30 12500-19999PED – I dunno why he thinks this one is better but they are both listed

Rogue Plains North #8 8999 – open no bids

Amathera Outback #24 300000 – closed no bid

Outbacks #50, 49, 48, 51 all went past me but the last I saw one guy had sniped them all for 120000 and there was still a long way to go before close

Youjuu shop #2 closed with one bidder at 6500 – I think

Koufuku Shop #2 closed with no bid at 9000PED

Emerald Lakes Mall Shop Floor 1 # 13 S 13000 closed i think

Emerald Lakes Mall Shop Floor 2 # 4 L 23000 – 24999 – open no bidder

West Hadesheim #2a 4999-6999 – open no bids

And that’s it for my ‘crappy-but-invaluable-notes/report on property values’ as we go into spring here on Calypso.

  1. Talk to FPC… they now supposedly do upgrades to estates… +20 item slots for 2k ped… cheaper than a shopkeeper, and it gives you more slots than one too (shopkeepers burn 6 item slots, but give you 20 in return, so only give you 14 slots really.)
